According to your age, BMI can be calculated. BMI below 18.5 means underweight, BMI from 18.5 to 24.9 is a normal or healthy weight, BMI from 25.0 to 29.9 means overweight, BMI 30.0, and above means obesity. A high BMI can indicate obesity. 3.
