Irregular Food timings Your body must follow a chronological order, especially while having your food and hitting the bed. Do you set a fixed time while having your meal? I guess mostly the people who work in companies only follow a standard time to have any meal of the day. Whereas others might not follow strict timing as they want to laze around.
