Hello. I don’t have whey protein powder and flax seeds where I am. What do substitute for?

      Hello,
You can consider whey protein powder as an optional ingredient. Instead, take other alternates like egg whites.
Flaxseeds are also a rich source of protein. If you don’t have these ingredients then make a banana, peanut butter, and oats smoothie. It’s a great post-workout snack because the carbohydrates from bananas are excellent for spiking up glucose levels, which promotes protein synthesis.

Can there be a substitute for coconut oil ? I’m allergic to coconut. Would safflower oil give the same results??

    1. divya paladugu January 23, 2021 at 11:54 pm

Yes, you can use safflower oil but not in excess because it’s high in omega-6 fatty acids. So, high consumption of omega 6 fatty acids is not good for health.
